Description of optical grids and covers

LOSMIRO – optical system

(also available in matt finish)

Highly polished new design MIRO grille. High efficiency is achieved thanks to the use of the highest quality materials and an optimized reflector shape. In most luminaires with this grille, the efficiency is η
80%.
Luminaires equipped with this grille allow for optimal contrast vision without eye fatigue caused by reflections on monitor screens. Limited brightness L<<200 cd/m² is achieved at a beam angle above 60°.

Use: workplaces with monitors, workplaces requiring visually demanding activities.

LOS – highly polished optical system

(also available in matt finish)

Highly polished grille with longitudinal reflectors and transverse slats
of parabolic shape. Luminaires equipped with this grille enable
optimal contrast vision without eye fatigue caused by reflections on monitor screens. Limited brightness L<200 cd/m² is achieved at a beam angle above 60°.

Use: workplaces with monitors, workplaces requiring visually demanding activities and similar workplaces.

Shiny V

(also available in matt finish)

Polished V-shaped aluminum grille with longitudinal V-shaped reflectors, transverse slats made of matt aluminum sheet with a tree-shaped profile. The luminaire equipped with this grille guarantees narrow radiation.

Use: offices, commercial spaces and classrooms.

Shiny parabolic

(also available in matt finish)

Polished parabolic grille with longitudinal reflectors of parabolic shape, transverse slats made of matt Al sheet with a tree-shaped profile. The luminaire equipped with this grille guarantees wide radiation in the transverse direction.

Use: offices, commercial premises, banks and similar premises.

White V grid

White V-shaped aluminum grille. A luminaire equipped with this grille guarantees medium-wide radiation.

Use: offices, commercial premises, classrooms, etc.

LOS + GLASS

suitable for spaces requiring high-quality lighting and higher coverage. The glass does not change the optical parameters of the luminaire and allows for easy cleaning.

Use: Luminaires in this design are suitable, for example, for operating rooms, intensive care units, laboratories, and electrical production.

Structured plexiglass – opal cover

The optical cover significantly limits the brightness of the luminaire at angles where this brightness cannot be limited by the optical grid.
In the luminaire, it is placed with the smooth side outwards for cleaning purposes!

Use: Luminaires equipped with this cover are suitable, for example, for hospitals on roads where patients are transported in bed. The advantage of these luminaires is the possibility of using them even in dustier places, as the optical cover can be easily cleaned.

Microprism – optical cover

The latest trend in lighting technology – Microprismatic diffuser (a very clear diffuser with a micropyramidal structure), which ensures a limitation of the luminaire brightness L<1000 cd/m² above 65°. It limits the brightness even at angles where it is not possible to ensure this with an optical grid. The luminaire thus provides optimal light distribution and glare protection in accordance with the current standard for office lighting.
For optical reasons, it is placed in the luminaire with the rougher side outwards!

Uses: offices, offices with flat monitors, commercial premises, banks and similar premises.
