Educational center at SPŠ SE and VOŠ in Liberec

Based on the long-term cooperation of the Secondary Industrial School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Libercis with the companies ELKOVO Čepelík, Hakel – Trade s.r.o., Hager and Jablotron and with the support of other companies, an educational center was sponsored and implemented at this school in 2010 (new window)brief description of the center: A model house (“little house”) is built in the professional classroom, on which devices for house and industrial wiring, protection against atmospheric discharges and basic security of the building are installed. Students and the professional public have the opportunity to get acquainted with the practical implementation of the connection. A separate part is the measurement, regulation and programming of lighting. This is implemented both in the “little house” and in the entire classroom. The basis is 2 independent lighting circuits, which can be continuously regulated and set from a PC. individual workplaces:

  • “little house” – house and industrial wiring, lighting regulation and measurement, surge protection and building security
  • light source panel – for practical verification of the characteristics of various light sources and control of their performance
  • classroom space – 2 independent lighting circuits with different light sources, possibility of setting lighting scenes and groups, control based on daylight…

Award of the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce

On June 2, 2015, our company received an award from the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce.

Every year, the Franco-Czech Chamber of Commerce seeks to highlight and reward companies that are thinking about their future. The aim of these awards is to motivate other manufacturing and industrial companies to engage in the education process.

In 2015, companies were awarded for their cooperation with secondary vocational schools and vocational schools and for their innovative approach to technical education.

In 2010, the educational center was opened – payment for all lighting equipment, participation in compiling tasks for practical exercises, supply of lighting fixtures, installation of modern lighting technology in all classrooms, assistance in solving technical problems, and the possibility of internships for students.
