Terms and conditions

Prices are subject to the valid price list listed on the website. They are listed without VAT and without recycling contribution (7.50 CZK/lamp, 2.50 CZK/fluorescent lamp).
The discount applies to the entire range.

For new business cases, we require payment in advance. Once payment is received, the order is released for production.
In the case of long-term customers, payments are contractually agreed upon with maturity after delivery of the goods.

over 10,000 CZK excluding VAT: free of charge (valid for the Czech Republic)
up to 10,000 CZK excluding VAT: 290 CZK per shipment
in the case of packaging on pallets we charge 150 CZK excluding VAT/pallet
We deliver goods using our own delivery trucks or send them by collection service.

We offer cooperation. We will provide more information by phone.

We provide it for free, for download on the website.

A complaint about goods must be submitted together with the sales receipt.
The processing time is 30 days according to the Commercial Code, but we process simple cases much faster.
In case of minor defects of electrical components, we offer expedited processing by exchanging for a new one without determining the cause of the defect. If a defective component is first sent for replacement, we will immediately send a new one free of charge. If we request to send new components, we will invoice them in advance. In case of return of defective ones, we will issue a credit note.
Damage to the luminaires by the carrier can only be claimed if a damage report is made upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier. A claim cannot be made without a damage report!
Costs associated with a complaint can only be claimed after prior agreement, not retroactively!
Generally, it is not possible to claim higher claim costs than the value of the delivered goods.
